Q: Will students receive a document about the admission status?

A: Yes, all students who apply will receive a document which states the decision about their admission status.


Q: What is the deadline for submitting the documents which I have not submitted yet?

A: All the documents should be given to study coordinators on the day of registration. Without fully recognized documents you cannot get the fully admitted status at the faculty.


Q: Will I get a document stating full admission after I hand in all the required documents?

A: No, you will get the same document about your conditional admission but with an updated date.


Q: Will this document about conditional admission be sufficient for temporary stay or visa?

A: It depends on the institution you address when applying for temporary stay or visa. Once the document of conditional admission is issued, we cannot provide any document stating otherwise.


Q: Can I apply to more than one study programme?

A: Yes, that is permitted. Note, the programme listed first is of priority.


Q: Do I need to pay the fee for every programme I apply for?

A: No, you only need to pay once, and it will be valid for as many programmes as you wish to apply for.


Q: When I start filling in the application form in AIS and I want to continue later, will the information be saved?

A: Yes, it will. You can continue filling in your application at any time but be careful to save your credentials in order to open your AIS account successfully.


Q: I forgot to write down my credentials when filling in the application. What should I do?

A: You need to start your application all over again. If you forget your username/password, there is no possibility to reset it.
