Department of Transportation Engineering is part of the STU Bratislava University Science Park Center, thanks to which it has managed to obtain funding for the gradual renovation of the department's laboratory. Its premises are located at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, in block A on the -2nd floor. Between 2014 and 2016, eight new instruments and devices were purchased for basic testing of asphalt binders and mixtures and for diagnosing the condition of road surfaces.
