Required documents for applying*
Documents required in English language:
- signed curriculum vitae,
- confirmation of the application fee payment,
- a document (certificate) confirming knowledge of the English language at least at the B1 level or passing the high school graduation exam in the English language.
Officially translated documents in English language:
- certified grades from secondary school reports or certified copies of secondary school reports with Apostille/Superlegalization,
- certified copy of secondary school leaving report with Apostille/Superlegalization,
- nostrification of secondary school leaving report.
Note: Apostille/Superlegalization has to be done in the country where the student finished the secondary school. Students need to check whether that country has signed the International agreement with Slovakia about Apostille/Superlegalization of documents. In that case the Apostille/Superlegalization of the documents is not necessary.
All applicants who finished their studies abroad have to have their documents recognised. The full process of recognition is described here.

- state exam certificate and transcript of records of the state exam with Apostille/Superlegalization, **
- transcript of records of all passed exams from previous studies with Apostille/Superlegalization,

- list of published vocational and scientific (artistic) works (if applicable),

- certified Master diploma with a state exam certificate and a diploma supplement with Apostille/Superlegalization **
- transcript of records of all passed exams from previous studies (bachelor’s and master’s programme) with Apostille/Superlegalization
